These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and bpexch governing your access to and use of the bpexch online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, and account services. Each individual may hold only one bpexch account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
All bpexch account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpexch does not perform currency conversions and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations that may affect players using foreign payment methods.
All bpexch bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal values are published with each promotion at the time of issuance.
Any attempt to defraud bpexch — including chargebacks, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or match-fixing — will result in immediate account closure, full balance confiscation, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpexch holds its international gaming licence. By using bpexch, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and dispute resolution bodies designated under that licence.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
By accessing the bpexch Platform, creating a bpexch Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the bpexch Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
Important: If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the bpexch Platform and close your Account. Continued use of bpexch after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and bpexch. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence, and that you are not accessing bpexch from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the bpexch Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is a condition of bpexch's international gaming licence and a non-negotiable responsible gaming commitment. bpexch conducts mandatory age verification checks on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
3.2 Prohibition on Minor Account Use. You must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access or use your bpexch Account under any circumstances. If bpexch has reasonable grounds to believe that a minor has accessed a bpexch Account — whether by using an adult's credentials or otherwise — that Account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
Age Fraud: Providing false information regarding your age during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes fraud. bpexch reserves the right to confiscate any winnings, bonuses, or deposits associated with an Account established through age misrepresentation, with no obligation to reimburse any amount to the Account holder.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The bpexch Platform is made available to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that accessing bpexch is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. bpexch makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.4 Single Account per Individual. Each natural person may maintain only one (1) registered bpexch Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Registration Information. To create a bpexch Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, residential address, and email address. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.
4.2 KYC Requirements. bpexch is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of Players before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexch Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bpexch accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You must notify bpexch support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your Account.
Note: bpexch will never contact you by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to request your account password, OTP code, or payment method PIN. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bpexch support at [email protected] immediately.
5.1 Currency. All bpexch Account transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpexch does not offer multi-currency accounts and performs no currency conversion at any stage of a transaction.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. bpexch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bpexch reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 (Two Hundred Pakistani Rupees). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the bpexch Account and may be subject to return fees charged by the payment provider, for which bpexch accepts no liability.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals from a bpexch Account are subject to the following conditions:
5.5 Transaction Fees. bpexch does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking institutions are outside bpexch's control and will be borne by the Player where applicable.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bpexch is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions on the Platform are subject to AML monitoring. bpexch reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or refuse to process any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may constitute, or relate to, money laundering or fraudulent activity.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All promotional offers made available by bpexch — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and any other incentive — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of issuance, as well as these general bonus conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a bpexch Account are subject to a wagering requirement. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times using eligible real-money stakes before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are published with each individual promotion.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to time limits. Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Fund balances will be forfeited upon expiry of the applicable promotional period without notice.
One Bonus Per Account: Promotional offers at bpexch are available once per eligible account, once per household, and once per shared device or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
6.4 bpexch's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. bpexch reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where bpexch has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion is being abused, that a software error has caused unintended bonus issuance, or for any other legitimate operational reason.
7.1 Game-Specific Rules. All casino games available on the bpexch Platform are governed by individual game rules available within the game interface or as a published help document. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of game play, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of all account, payment, and conduct matters.
7.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on bpexch — including slots, video poker, and RNG table games — use certified software whose fairness is independently audited by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run returns over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. bpexch's live dealer casino products use physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — in professionally managed studios. Live game outcomes are verifiable through the camera stream and are not influenced by bpexch software systems. bpexch accepts no liability for outcome disputes where a Player was able to observe the live game event in real time.
7.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during any casino game or sports bet, bpexch will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the dispute equitably. Where reconstruction is not possible, bpexch's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
7.5 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting markets on bpexch, including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup, and all other covered competitions), are governed by bpexch's sportsbook rules, which include provisions for void bets, dead-heat rules, match abandonment, and result revision following official governing body decisions. Players are advised to review these rules before placing any sportsbook wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpexch Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:
Fraud and Abuse: bpexch employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity against bpexch will have all balances forfeited and may face civil and criminal proceedings under applicable law.

10.1 Ownership. The bpexch Platform, including all software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, game content, bet settlement logic, and promotional material, is the exclusive intellectual property of bpexch or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Limited Licence. bpexch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial, and recreational gaming purposes, subject to strict compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the bpexch Platform.
10.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not use the bpexch name, logo, game content, or any other intellectual property in any commercial context without bpexch's prior written consent. Unauthorised scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of information from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
11.1 No Guarantee of Availability. bpexch makes reasonable efforts to provide continuous, error-free access to the Platform, but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may temporarily interrupt Platform access without prior notice.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to lost profits, lost gaming opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm — even if bpexch has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. bpexch's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits made to your bpexch Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 No Liability for Third-Party Services. bpexch is not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, or Mastercard. Transaction delays, errors, or failures attributable to these providers are outside bpexch's control.
12.1 Termination by bpexch. bpexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any bpexch Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (among others): breach of these Terms; provision of false identity or age information; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a bpexch Account:
12.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players wishing to close their bpexch Account voluntarily may do so by contacting bpexch support. Before account closure is processed, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be either completed or the associated Bonus Funds forfeited, and any pending transactions must reach a settled state.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpexch holds its international gaming licence. This choice of law applies regardless of the Player's country of residence or the location from which the Platform is accessed.
13.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of bpexch must first be submitted to bpexch through the official support channel at [email protected]. bpexch will acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving complete information from the Player.
13.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal bpexch dispute resolution process, the Player may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under bpexch's gaming licence. The regulator's decision on matters within its jurisdiction shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Waiver of Class Actions. All disputes between bpexch and a Player must be resolved on an individual basis. You expressly waive any right to participate in any class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against bpexch.
14.1 Right to Amend. bpexch reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the bpexch Platform and/or by email to the address registered on each Account. The effective date of any amendment will be specified in the notice.
14.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the bpexch Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact bpexch to close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.
14.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with its effective date, is available on the bpexch Platform at all times. Prior versions are available upon request by contacting bpexch support.
